Third, they have some serious room to grow in being family friendly. Second, the pool cabana had no towels left so we had to find someone and ask them to re-stock it. However, maybe because the hotel is new (or maybe not) we experienced several service glitches. You really feel like you are at a luxury hotel. It is clean and at night they have fires all around the pool area. Our bathroom was huge with amazing walk-in showers and a huge tub! The pool is also fabulous. is very elegant without being too over-the-top. It is a brand new hotel and the decor, furniture, etc. We did get a free upgrade and the room was very nice. We stayed here for the first time about a week ago.
